Home Truths

• Please be advised that the property is situated on the first floor; there is no lift access in the building

• Kindly note that there is an additional city tax per person per night to be paid in cash at check-in. Please enquire with a Travel Advisor for further details.

• Please note that the property is located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Access hours for cars vary depending on the day of the week and festivity. Please liaise with our Concierge team for more information and parking arrangement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 4 PM and 9 PM. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, an additional fee may apply, payable in cash upon arrival. Please reach out to your Travel Advisor for further details.

• All homes in Rome have a limit on the amount of power that can be used at one time (3 KW). Using too many appliances at the same time can cause a short-circuit.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
