- Our Concierge team works to make it an effortless and enjoyable getaway. You name it - we can add tailored services and experiences to the trip - from a grocery delivery and airport transfer, to a beachside dinner and local cookery class
- On arrival, we personally welcome our guests. The beds will be freshly made using our finest sheets and linens and there are toiletries in the bathrooms
- During the stay, housekeeping is included and we are on hand 24/7 for support

Our homes are chosen for their character, comfort, and privacy, creating a private haven for families, groups of friends, celebrities, or business travellers. As soon as a guest books their stay, the entire experience is professionally managed by our local Concierge team. They are on hand 24/7 for support and can add tailored services and experiences, making every trip even more memorable. This could be anything from chartering a yacht in the Caribbean or enjoying an in-home spa treatment in London to a private cooking class with a chef in Tuscany or a one-on-one fitness class with Los Angeles views as your backdrop.

Whether they are the proud owner of a chic apartment or a spacious townhouse, homeowners work with us for peace of mind, convenience, and flexibility.
In London and Los Angeles, we maintain a close and direct relationship with homeowners. In other destinations around the world, we work with trusted property management agents to understand each property and its owner.
Wherever the home is, we take care of everything. This starts with getting to know the home, followed by managing bookings and looking after guests during their stay, as well as housekeeping and in-stay maintenance.

How it all started
One of our co-founders had the idea for onefinestay after a trip to Pisa in 2009. He realised that he would never have experienced the city in the same way without connecting with locals. And every time he travelled, someone could experience London by staying in his home.
The first onefinestay booking was made in London in May 2010. In 2016, we joined Accor alongside its other luxury hospitality brands. Our hand-picked collection has since grown to 3,000 homes across 30 destinations.
