Please note, the security deposit required for this villa is equal to one night’s rent.
Upon arrival, a separate security deposit of $2000 will be taken by credit card for the golf cart.
Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee which will go into effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, one-time fee per person will apply to the booking. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
